Alchemy Underwriting Europe Cell is a subsidiary of Alchemy Underwriting Limited which was established to service its EU client base as an authorised Lloyd’s Coverholder. This offers a meaningful EU solution to its insurance distribution business, mainly professional indemnity and other Lloyd’s insurance products for other insurance intermediaries. The Cell obtained its license on the 17th of June 2025 to carry out insurance distribution activities within the Jatco Insurance Managers PCC Ltd management structure.
