We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to support our growing Compliance function. Training will be provided, and the role offers exposure to both local and international insurance markets.
Key Responsibilities
▪Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Compliance function.
▪Assist in monitoring compliance with MFSA regulatory requirements, FIAU AML/CFT requirements, GDPR, and foreign market regulations.
▪Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and ongoing monitoring for local and international clients.
▪Support the maintenance and updating of internal compliance policies, procedures, and manuals.
▪Liaise with clients, brokers, and insurance providers.
▪Contribute to operational improvements and efficiency initiatives.
▪Promote high ethical standards and ensure adherence to company policies.
▪Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
▪Perform other general compliance-related duties as required.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
▪Excellent communication skills in English and strong interpersonal abilities.
▪Experience in Insurance or Compliance/AML/CFT will be considered an asset.
▪Strong attention to detail and high organisational integrity.
▪Ability to learn new IT systems; good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
